Automated web-based portal combining invitations, follow-ups, approvals, accreditation badges and VAPS for 7000 members involved in all 3 phases of the event: build-days, Livedays, and dismantling days, split into various categories and zones. This system optimized the registration process, security and control throughout the event.

CCTV

installed a CCTV system with zero infrastructure using solar power, sim card connectivity and cloud storage. Setup an operation room catering for security and monitoring at all key areas.

Communication

Powered all team members involved in organization with advanced and reliable communication technology; PoC, giving the freedom to connect with their assigned groups from anywhere in KSA where there is a carrier coverage, with much better sound quality and instant virtual support.
